High Tippett is a hand picked vastly experienced, expert valuer and surveyor beginning his career in the 1980s as a commercial agent for William Willet and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) in London’s West End. After time as an investment agent he felt his passion and skillset was more suited to the Professional Services Sector and pivoted his career with J Trevor & Sons in RICS Accredited Valuations and Lease Advisory. He worked at Cluttons dealing with Leasehold Reform and Asset management and was subsequently recruited as Head of Professional Services at Smith Melzak in the 1990s. In the 2000s Hugh worked at Collers CRE in Out of Town Retail honing his prior Lease Advisory skill set before finally joining Stiles Harold Williams (SHW) as Director and Head of the London Professional Department.
As an active member of the RICS with a Diploma in Arbitration, and as a Single Joint Expert (SJE) in the valuation of family matters and probate, coupled with his broad and informed style you are unlikely to find a far more competent, experienced yet approachable property professional. He has his finger on the pulse regarding legislative changes and the market concerning a variety of asset classes including but not exclusive to residential (leasehold reform specialist), high street and institutional grade retail/ retail warehouse, offices, light industrial and public sector (including schools, government offices and community establishment).
