Amit’s experiences and exposure in various parts of Real Estate are truly diverse. His degree in Real Estate Finance & Funding directed him to the Public Sector (Ealing Council Estates Department), Charities (Save The Children Fund) and Private Sector as Associate Director of the Valuation Department at Avison Young (previously GVA Grimley).
Following over 10 years of Post Qualification Experience purely providing Valuation and Consultancy Advice he acted as a Development Agent for Rapleys LLP and Commercial Agent for Levene Chartered Surveyors, leading to being appointed Managing Surveyor at Capital Chartered Surveyors.
His passion lies not only in the provision of accurate Valuations and advice of many aspects of Real Estate but also in managing his own business. Teaming up with like-minded, knowledgeable and experienced Chartered Surveyors with similar exposure in London and the Home Counties led to the creation of a niche professional practice.
Unlike many of his peers he has tailored his career for dual agency and professional valuation/ viability background, enabling him to take a holistic approach when faced with complex Real Estate Valuation issues. He is highly skilled in supplying sound solutions dealing primarily with accountants, wealth managers and legal practitioners.
His broad experience equips him to focus on complex RICS accredited Valuations (Rental/ Capital Value) across most asset types (residential, retail and industrial).
